"And meet me tonight, in Atlantic City" - Bruce
I never know what to make of Atlantic City. When I was a kid, I used to go down every Summer with my grandparents to stay at their charmingly salty rundown shore house. It was fantastic. Not like the three story, split level, side splitting houses people build now. No, this was a much more easy going - walk in with sand on your feet type of place. We went there to fish, sit, and eat; not exclusively in that order.
The casinos were like billboards to me than actual places. You look at them while you were at a stop light, but never felt the need to go in.
I haven't spent much time there since I moved away from home, so I took a little trip back and shot some photos.
